welcome

My life fell completely apart in my early 30’s. I made a mess of it all. It seemed, as though, I lost everything, especially my family. Back to square one…finding myself but not without considerable time wandering in the desert.

It wasn’t until I learned that when you: Change your thinking, you change your life, new things began to happen. Almost immediately, a new reality opened for me. I liked what I was seeing and wanted more. Understanding that I was first cause to my experience, and that I was not a victim to circumstances, took me out of the helpless role and placed me in charge. I diligently began to recreate myself and build a new life, one built on solid ground. I had the beginnings of a spiritual foundation. It is from this strong platform that I live the life I am living today, which only continues to get better and better.

There are Universal Principles/Laws available to us all that in the understanding and practice of them can lead us in the direction of creating sustainable, thriving lives right where we are.

First, we must know that we are always loved and supported by the Universe, our Source, by whatever name you give IT. IT never stops loving us and being there for us even when we think IT has. Learning these principles and how loved we really are by the invisible force that created us, that is everywhere equally present, including within us, can be a humongous game changer in how we think about ourselves and the world and how we choose to live.

This same truth is available for you that I discovered. Whoever you are, whatever you are doing or did in the past, wherever you come from, it is not too late to turn things around. I know with all my heart and soul that a new life awaits you when you are ready. How do I know that? Because if, I Can Do It, So Can You!

I Can Do This Thing Called Life & So Can You!

Being a book lover, I always knew I had a book in me. I started to write in my 20’s but quickly realized I didn’t have enough life experience to write about. So, I waited. 50 years later, there was quite a tale. This book is semi-autographical and includes what I learned through my studies along the way as I applied them to my everyday life. It continues to be a fascinating study as I learn what we can do when we take the Universe as our partner.

This book is a great place to begin if you are new and the perfect refresher and fine tuner for those of us who are seasoned.

Energize Your Creative Super Powers,
7 Ways to Spiritual Fitness

More good stuff. Also, semi-autobiographical. The more I learned and applied, the greater the results. I was getting the hang of this and wanted to share it with others who were ready to take charge of their own lives and make things happen.

This is a companion workbook to I Can Do This Thing Called Life and So Can You!, Energize Your Creative Super Powers includes 7 Ways to Spiritual Fitness: Move, Release, Listen, Imagine, Create, Give and Rest. This book will kick start your spiritual fitness and take you places beyond your imagination. It is filled with spiritual practices that will jumpstart things for you as you incorporate them into the different areas of your life. A great book for beginners and those who are seasoned.

coaching

Spiritual Coaching

Life can be difficult. Sometimes we need to ask for help. There are times when we are too close to the situation to think straight. We want to talk to someone who understands or at least can hear us out without judging us. Be an ear. Maybe offer some guidance. Therapists can be very effective in helping us work through things that we are experiencing that we can’t understand or don’t know what to do about. Therapy gives us a way to work through our challenges and come at them with a greater perspective.

Spiritual coaching is similar in that it provides a way for us to be heard and it is more. It doesn’t claim to be therapy. Spiritual coaching looks at things from a deeper, spiritual perspective. Looks at us as a spiritual being, helps us work from the basis of the universal principles of the wisdom traditions, which automatically give us a stronger basis from which to see and interpret all that is going on. It helps us to see more clearly what is real and what is not and go from there.

We all need someone to see us for who we really are: spiritual beings, first. A coach is there to walk us through the many different situations we may find ourselves in and help us face them from a stronger, spiritual basis. This process may or may not change the situation we are in, but it does change us, which is where everything begins. It grows and expands us in ways that align us with our higher power, whatever we may call IT, so that we can maximize the results we see and experience and create anew. A spiritual coach is trained to bring out our best and guide us through our journey.

Appointments are for an hour and close with a Mind Treatment. Fee is $150.

Ideal Day Worksheet

In today’s busy world, it’s easy to get lost in your day or feel like you have no control. It’s difficult to be on top of what is happening. Ideal days were created at a time when I forgot that I was a powerful creator. Deciding on how we want to see and experience our ideal days are the perfect solution to taking back our power and getting clear about the part each of us play in the creation of our days. They put us in the driver’s seat and help us organize our intentions and name our good. Beginning with 10-15 minutes a day, will change how we think, see, feel and experience a happier, more wholesome life. The results can be amazing! I highly recommend trying them! Download the Ideal Day form, here, and begin seeing what a difference it makes for you. (Further explanations are included in the book, Energize Your Creative Super Powers)

outreach

Outreach Donation

In 2009, I answered a call to go to Tanzania, Africa on a pediatric medical mission with my friends, Kathy Hamilton and Floyd Hammer. I fell in love. It’s true what they say about Africa: once it gets into your heart, it never leaves you. It was an experience of a lifetime!

The Outreach Program supports Clean Water, Food, (packaged meals that include nutritional supplements), Education and Medical, (including young girls and their sanitary needs. Without these basic needs in place, girls/young women miss days of school each month, putting them significantly behind their male counterparts.)

Seeing the beautiful work they do in Tanzania made me want to support Outreach with my tithes. I am especially interested in supporting the children. Here, the children are required to have a sponsor so they can receive a uniform, get fed and attend school.

I believe anything we can do to love, support and guide our youth is essential to the future of us all.

Below is the link for donating to these beautiful causes. You can specify: Water, Food, Education or Medical.
